I haven't been on in a while, is the 4540s installer still a separate installer or has it been integrated into the Probook installer? Can someone point me to it?

You don't want to use a DSDT from another computer. Instead generate a patched DSDT from your own using the ProBook Installer. Please read and follow the guide.
