I have a laptop with following specs:

• Intel i5 6200u CPU 2.30GHz
• Intel HD Graphics 520

So what I waanna know is that is there a way to install a OS X on this system and CAN IT BE USED FOR DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES, as in to create apps using Xcode?
