Perhaps. The CPU and integrated graphics are compatible. But the motherboard is an unknown. WiFi and Bluetooth (if present) may not work with MacOS.

Check the computer BIOS to see if the required settings in the Installation Guide are available in particular the XHCI Handoff (USB) setting. Without them you may not be able to install MacOS. OEM machines like yours may have restricted BIOS settings.

You can go ahead and try to see if it works.

It seems to be. I have a pro desk mini 600 G1 Haswell. My Apple Broadcom WiFi card works, but there may be a whitlelist.

meyby my wifi card is Intel Dual Band Wireless AC-7265.
Will it work?
Also I heard that sometimes AIO computer has a problem with display.

No, Intel WiFi is not supported as far as I know.
