As title say, I get crossed circle on installation. In verbose mode it stuck on this line(see image)..

After that, it keep showing "still waiting for root device" line by line every few seconds or so..

Some info about PC:
GeForce GT 320
Intel Core i5 650
6GB RAM memory
Intel Q57 Express motherboard
======================
Installation is made by latest version of UniBeast as Legacy, same thing happen (stuck on same line) when I try to install on my laptop HP you can see in "about me" section.
Also tried to put USB in all other ports and nothing happened. USB is 3.0 so it could be problem, so I bought one 16GB which is 2.0 and will try it too when I come home.

Sorry for not so good english, I been trying to install Hackintosh since Maverick version but always failed :(

With nVidia GPU for still waiting for root device, try boot with boot-args

-v -x PCIRootUID=1

or

-v -x PCIRootUID=0

Been so long I forget which is one to use, so try both.

How is it connected to the monitor ?
Use a digital connection - DVI or HDMI - VGA is not supported.

Monitor doesn't have HDMI, but only VGA and DVI, and I don't have DVI cable.

Don't expect it to work then.
Some configurations do work but most do not.

That's weird because it stuck on same line on my DELL laptop too..

Same issue here...
Did you find a solution?

I think it's more related to USB / booting from USB. When you google for the line "waiting on ioproviderclass ioresources" you will find some hints.
One solution could be to install from a SATA drive instead of a USB stick.

Edit:
This thread could also be useful: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solved-hp-8100-sff-i5-650-arrandale-no-usbs-at-all.198243/
(Though I don't know how big is the difference between SFF (small form factor) and CMT (convertible mini tower).)
The problem was solved there using a HPET DSDT patch.
