HP DC7600 software update from 10.6.8 to latest?

Hey,

I'm a new-be here at tonymacx86 and Iv'e got a HP DC7600 Small Form Factor Hackintosh currently running Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Would love to update to the latest version of Lion! Any ideas?

I have the standard model of my machine, i use a aux cable for sound via external speakers. I use a ethernet cable for internet connections and my graphics card is a standard intel one.

If possible i would really appreciate it if someone could provide me with a set of instructions on how to do so.

P.S Attached is a image of my graphics card details.
