HP 8770w with and Radeon HD 7700m/Firepro m4000 Kernel Panic

I recently bought an HP 8770W and I'm Trying to get QE/CI Acceleration on the HD 7700M Series Graphics. The DEVID 0x682d1002 is supported by MacOS 10.15 and loads the AMD7000Controller.kext and AMDRadeonX4000.kext. However when these are initialized I end up with a kernel Panic that backtraces to IOGraphicsFamily.kext, IOAcceleratorFamilyV2.kext, IOPCIFamily.kext, IOSurface.kext and I removed the IOGraphicsFamily.kext and it booted without kernel Panic but I could not get to Desktop stuck at the Apple Logo and or Verbose Screen. I was wondering if there is any patches that aren't in Lilu/Whatevergreen that I may need to apply to IOGraphicsFamily.kext.

When I try to install 10.15 on 8770w, I get stuck at the end of the Apple logo and it doesn't move forward. Please help.
