hp 8300 uefi or legacy mode

Hey all, I am doing an install from snow leopard to el cap with the intention of making it to mojave
I have a hp 8300, with an 8400 gs video card and 16 gb of ram

when running unibeast and the option comes upo do I choose legacy or uefi?

I would go with UEFI for El Capitan. Note that your 8400GS does not work in Mojave. You'd have to upgrade that to run the latest version of macOS.

The 8400GS needs that Nvidia Injection but not the newer GT710 cards. You can also select it via Clover at each boot up with the 8400GS if you don't want that setting for Unibeast.

To use the 8400 with El Cap though, you must enable legacy support in the BIOS for it to work.
