Hello, I have HP Probook 450 g4 Running OpenCore Catalina really well everything works except HDMI.
I decided to buy a big screen to contact the with HDMI, but I figured out that every time I plug the HDMI into my Laptop the laptop freeze and I had to restart it.
EFI Folder Attached Please help.

try adding device-id -> 16590000

post 2 of my guide in my signature
I Added device-id -> 16590000, I rested and cleaned the NVRAM, and still having the same issue, I think the laptop still reading the old EFI older no the edited one.

suggest to remove your all data settings and start off with just the ig-platform and device-id if needed

there is also a setting you can enable for hdmi fix that may also work
 
I fixed it by changing the ig-platform to 16590000 and added some framebuffer as the picture below
