HP 250 G4 Mojave install

Trying to install Mojave on HP 250 G4 with Intel HD 5500 Bradwell graphics read all the post about it, but can't even boot to the installer, it goes to the usual verbose messages and it gets to the graphics UI but then it stops at the apple logo and indicator screen and never got to the actual install screen, read Rehabman guide which is great and used his kexts and config.plist file, entered the fake 0x12345678 id to boot, otherwise it panics.

Not sure where to go from here, I attached my EFI folder, tried all of the USB ports.

Does anyone have any ideas?

WhateverGreen.kext and Lilu.kext are missing from Clover/kexts/Other.

Is anyone know if that could be related to the WIfi card, although it works great in Windows, so I don't think it's whitelisted but macOS might have a problem with it, here is the link for it
