If you had installed macOS 10.15 beta, you can't update to official build since the same build number.
You can clean install with USB installer, but if you want to keep you app and data and lazy like me, follow this way to get it done.
First you need to access to a Mac or macx86, then go to App store, search macOS Catalina, download it as usual. One download to Application, just copy installer, more than 8GB, to 10.15 beta machine.( I share this via a NAS).
Click to install as usual over beta build, then after about half an hour, you will have official build with your data and apps intact.
I had success installed for my NUC6I5SYH with a little bit of tweak (disabledgfxfirmware) and now I enjoy it and want to share it with you.
