How to remove security bar

Hi everyone, I'm in the process of tearing down a 4 slot power mac g4 and so far the only thing i have trouble with is the security bar.
It just seems impossible to remove. Could you tell me how to do it?

Hi Anemoia, I have just done this yesterday, I used a small screwdriver, (Flat Head), and fro the inside after removing PSU. I inserted screwdriver in between white plastic, and metal bar and pushed slowly until it popped off. Hope this helps, and probably too late.
