How to reinstall mac os sierra hackintosh?

How will i reinstall my mac os sirra hackintosh?
I need to do this because i messed up some .kext file that keeps FCPx to crash, this will fix this right?

setup: i5-6600k, rx 480, z170a, (dual boot on seprate drives to windows 10).

Just format install it over the current installation... I would remove the windows 10 drive wile doing it to avoid problems tho.

@TwintipzZ, please update your profile (personal details) with your build (Motherboard or Model, CPU and Graphics Card).

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.

Is there a way of doing this without loosing installed apps?
I mean, I just want kext and EFI reseted.
I tried different kext compositions and now the HDMI sound doesn't work anymore.
