How to perm disable WiFIAgent log spam

Filling my system.log with junk. I don't use wifi at all on my desktop and I have no wifi card installed. Its also off in bios.

Help please. Want total wifi services off and disabled permanently. That means on boot or after.

Uncheck "Enable location services" and "Find my mac" and reboot.
