I'll try the trick you found and report

After using the trick (using the Apple calculator and Hackintool Hex to Decimal converter) I still can't see my Windows disk unless I add OC_SCAN_ALLOW_FS_ESP.

You mean that OCC has a faulty Hex to Decimal converter, don't you ?
or OCC and scanpolicy.vercel.app have also different Hex value ?

I mean that the relation between the checkmarks in OCC and the resulting value is faulty. Otherwise, it would give the same value as with every other method (manual calculation, scanpolicy.vercel.app or else). All the other methods I've tried are coherent.
