[HOW TO] OpenCore 0.7.3 > 0.7.4 differences

iMac17,1... all is okay now (on Big Sur) since I reverted to the current released version of OpenCore, 0.7.4. The problem was that 0.7.5 just didn't work. Now running 11.6.1 (Build 20G224) on both SSDs.
