I suppose you are trying OpenCore 0.7.3 version, right?
Don't trust the sanity checker you are using. It's a better idea to check config.plist against ocvalidate tool included into each OpenCore package. If you are checking OpenCore 0.7.3, ocvalidate must be from the 0.7.3 package. It's into the Tools folder. Open Terminal, drag ocvalidate over it and drag config.plist over it also. See result.
But in OpenCore 0.7.3 drivers section doesn't have Comment property, if I remember well. Try deleting Comment key from all drivers.
Another question. To be able to load drivers, UEFi >> ConnectDrivers must be true.
