[HOW TO] OpenCore 0.6.3 > 0.6.4 differences

Not yet. Boot did go farther before a KP, which occurs at the point shown in the image. Thought next I would experiment by reversing some of the recent changes made in the config.plist.

I also need to learn to use ocvalidate, which as an executable must be done via Windows? I have a dual-boot machine so that shouldn't be a problem.

you can also use the mac version of ocvalidate that is in the same folder as the windows version

:O you go from one mistake to another. But you say that OC 0.6.3 runs well right? I do not quite understand what is happening now.
Regarding ocvalidate, in the folder are the 2 versions, mac and windows, as @Feartech says.
Open Terminal, go to the folder where you have ocvalidate, type ./ocvalidate + space + drag the config.plist file you want to check onto the Terminal window + enter and you’ll see the result.

Yes, OC 0.6.3 boots beautifully, faster than Clover.
Thanks for the instructions on ocvalidate--I searched for them without success. ocvalidate found no errors in my test OC 0.6.4 config.plist.
