It depends on the requirements of the patched AppleHDA you have for ALC282.

DSDT patches alone cannot provide working audio. First you need to either find or build a patched AppleHDA specifically for your codec.

Audio: Best result with patched AppleHDA. Google 'patch AppleHDA guide'. Search for suitable AppleHDA or patch it yourself. Apply appropriate DSDT patches.
