El Capitan should be compatible with your system.

Do you have access to a real Mac or working hackintosh? You need such access to download El Capitan and make a bootable USB for use on your system.

I have 3.1 Mac Pro runing 10.11.6 EL Capitan on witch i created boot drive ,i made mistake at installation in unibest i selected uefi mode instead od legacy after correcting this error i have installed my first working hackintosh ,thanks for help
