How to get the full "powermanagement"/Speedstep/P-states for XEON E3 1230 V2

Hello..

I'm using below

CPU : XEON E3 1230 V2
MB : ZOTAC ITX Z77 A-E (Updated bios)
GP : MSI GTX670 2GB
No DSDT
SMBIOS : IMAC 12,2

Everything LOOKS ok. but Looks like I can't get the full powermanagent...Is it because of SMBIOS ? or No DSDT updated ?
Any your helps, would be appreciated and I will follow.

Me also have this CPU, have problem with waking from sleep. Plus dont know whether turbo boost is actually working. (ML 10.8.3)
If you have any suggestions please suggest!
Also no DSDT, nothing at all.
