Ok try this - Log out of all Apple Services you're logged into i.e. iCloud, iTune, App Store etc, disconnect p/c from internet and stay disconnected until all steps are completed. Delete this System-ID: 9AD7D058-86C5-4B7B-B505-CEEBFDA9664E value, open 'Terminal' enter uuidgen and generate a new value (do this at least 6 times) pick a unique looking value. This will now be your new System-ID value to be injected (see GUIDE how to). Take the last 12 characters of this value and inject it as your ROM value (or use your mac address as this can also be used as ROM). After injection of the new values, run iMessage DeBugger between at least 3 reboots to insure new values are static. If all is ok reconnect p/c to internet and try to log into iMsg/F-Time, if you get the customer code to call Apple then that is what must be done to insure your Apple ID is not flagged - Good luck.

All the steps you've mentioned have already been done and thats when i got the customer code message have also spoken to Apple and they've said there is nothing wrong with my Apple ID. What else can I try, or are they lying to me and know that I'm running a Custom mac?

Run DPCIManager and confirm that your Network Interface is set to “en0” and “Builtin”.

Log in to iCloud.com and select Find iPhone - All Devices.
Remove anything that isn't current.
