How to Fix iMessage

Hi! Consult: I have loged in iMessage an FT since 3 months o more whithout any problems until today, my account is showing again a Customer Code, i change my 2 steps pass, log out all services of Apple, but that no help, should be call Apple again to try reset the account??

with this config iM and FT was working until today:

I am a little hesitant to say this as I've been proven wrong in the past, plus the fact you stated that all was well until of late. Never the least I will stick my neck out and say your System-ID value looks a bit suspect to me - I am sceptical about the last 12 digits, far too many zeros to my mind.

Try this - 1. log out of all Apple Services (Go offline) ->delete your current System-ID value (the one ending in 4C0700080009)
2. Open Terminal and enter uuidgen and hit the Return Key this should give you a value looking like this example:
3F6E3267-A8D0-453F-9501-9F42652FB340 - do this procedure at least three times to insure a unique value.
3. Enter this new value as your SmUUID and the last 12 digits as your ROM like this: 9f42652fb340 or as an alternative,
use your Mac address.
4. After the new values has been manually injected, repair permissions, reboot rig still offline run iMsg debugger between
at least three reboots to insure injected values are static, if all looks good try to log into iMsg/F-Time.

I am always sceptical about seeing so many zeros in a ROM value - smacks of the SIDD bug to my thinking - Good luck.

Ive just noticed also - you're using a 13 digit BoardSerialNumber:C02313M6GEJRD for a MacPro6.1 - If you're trying to emulate the values of a real Mac Pro6.1, their Board's S/N is 17 digits in length so in actual fact yours should be the Mac's S/N(C02LXY63F693) plus 5 random digits like this: C02LXY63F6938C4FC - consider making the changes, but log out of all Apple Services before you do - Good luck.

Your Serial number is not that of a mac pro 6,1 a mac pro 6,1 serial should look something like

Try the 'Alternate ROM Method' as an easy starter - Good luck.

UPDATE: Well, i decided to create a new SMBIOS with your recommendations @esafeddie @farcry8, but now when inject the MLB and ROM (Mac Address) i have the problem that the values no are persistent between reboots (I have Legacy Bootlader and FileNVRAM 1.1.4); I knew having this problem before and solved it, i do not know how , so I'll keep trying...

Basically you need the modded file nvram in extra, the nvram dlyb and you must install nvram kext with any kext installer. You must inject those value (MLB and ROM) into nvram . Everything explained here.

Yes, i do that steps over and over but after reboots the values no change
