So dumb question, I tried adding the Nvidia SSDT for my Asus X99-E Mobo to the EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched and nothing happens? It's still being recognized as in "Slot 4" even though it is attached to "Slot 1". I'm also in the process of making the other components such as the ASM1142, etc. I know I will probably have to edit the aml file but what?

Your implementations are not correct.

Yeah I figured it won't just be a "copy-paste" thing so I just modified KGP's and it my Nvidia works now. On to the next ones!

The GFX0 part is correct, the HDAU in it is not.

I had that issue as well. The cause. Your motherboard still not MSR unlocked or doesn't contain a MSR lock(like mine).

So what you do, disable the performance patch, enable KernelPM and make sure the xpcm_core and xpcm_pkg are also enabled.

Still not working... I've unlocked the msr and appleintelinfo it reports it ok (unlocked). It's some kind of issue with the patch, last time I remember (10.13.6) it was working on haswell-e but not working on broadwell-e at the beginning. I have an intel 5820k on a Asus X99 Deluxe with the latest bios, unloked msr and updated cpu microcode (followed the guide). The patch is the only "problem" I can pinpoint. I have luck with time machine, went back and won’t update untill nvidia releases driveres for majave.

There is no problem with the performance patch. The patch is perfectly working. Although the performance patch is different for 10.13.6, 10.13.6 SU, 10.14.0 and 10.14.1. Thus maybe you are just using the wrong version?

BTW.. Did you read the parts of the README.md in the EFI-Folder repository that relates with the 5820K? The 5820K won't work OoB with the config.plist configuration in the distributed EFI-Folder.

If you are not able to get things properly set on your system by yourself, upload your BIOS settings and EFI-Folder.

Hi !

Now my build is working like a charm, I want start the step of PCI implementation. I'm a bit confused because I've never do things like that. Can anybody give me some advises to edit the .aml files ? I know I have to use maciASL but I don't know where to start.

First I would like to make SSDT for my 2 GPU cards.

Thanks in advance.

See post post #4806 anyway also linked in the guide! To understand how to do the ACPI replacement within the SSDT, see HERE
