May be you just connected the 10-pin USB2.0 cable connector upside down on your motherboard or the 2-pin cable connector upside down on your OSXWIFI ?
I followed the instructions to a T, except I installed in an x4 lane not an x1, which shouldn’t matter regardless. I just set that one up for return, and I got a new one coming, if the new one doesn’t work, I’m gonna do a new install to a USB drive to see if I can boot that. The only other issue I can think about is that my mobo has a WiFi bt card, so maybe that’s interfering?

You did not answer my questions concerning the USB2.0 connection.

I did correctly have the USB2.0 cable connected in both places, yes.

First of all thanks for your guide. I have two hackintoshes with your guide. That they worked OK for a while

But I have some trouble now. Two of them shuts down on start up, on apple logo.
With -v I saw something like this: hfs: unmount initiated on "MyDiskName" on device b(1,3).

I have two ssd's(windows, hackintosh) and two hdd's(ntfs, hfs).
But I decide to do both of hdds as ntfs because I have some trouble with hfs(Some folders created automatically and I couldn't delete them(I think their name is something like "msi68e5b.tmp" folders))

But I noticed that when I format hfs hdd(from windows) as ntfs, the hackintosh can't boot and shuts down on apple logo..

Can you help me please?

My problem SOLVED FOR NOW with disk warrior...The mac disk couldn't be repaired from disk utility, but disk warrior does the job.
Now I am searching why the disk want repair. What causes this problem?

I used your guide to build a perfectly working 10.12 and decided to try a clean install using this guide. Your 10.12 guide was great and easy to follow. I'm having issues trying to get this one to work. First updating my Bios: I was unable to install the patched version of the bios onto my mb (x99-e). It was saying it was not a valid file. I made the bootable usb and I'm able to book into clover but the installer just hangs on the apple logo and in verbose shows the following below. Please help me. IMG_2695 copy.jpg

1.) How did yip patch the BIOS for your Asus X99-E?
2.) Did you use EZ Flashback to flash the patched BIOS for the Asus X99-E?
3.) Which EZ Flashback file name convention do you use for the Asus X99-E?
4.) Did you adopt and implement TSCAdjustReset.kext as outlined in the guide?

If you want further help, upload your EFI-Folder.

1.) I patched it on my windows computer using your guide then took that patched file and on my Mac for the MSR 0xE2 step.
2.) After looking online I found that the EZ Flashback isn't available on the X99-E mb. I was trying to update through the bios.
3.) I used X99E.~~
4.) I did the TSCAdjustReset.kext as seen in the guide.

How do I upload my EFI-Folder?

1.) Patched BIOS can only be flashed with EZ Flashback. There is no other way.

2.) Just attach the compressed EFI-Folder to your next post.
