Try to apply Section D.3) of https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/how-to-build-your-own-imac-pro-successful-build-extended-guide.229353/ . Just keep in mind that under 4.) you have to copy your SMBIOS Mac Pro EFI-Folder.

Good luck,

KGP
Now i see the drive, but unfortunatly this don't seem to work, ill get stuck at +++++++++, as shown in my attachment 18-05-10 18-27-54 0441.jpg

You still miss something in the EFI Folder or in you BIOS settings..

Same happened here.. It doesn't show the installer
What I did is that I used Unibeast like Tonymac's guide with default Bios settings. Just use KGP's aptiomemoryfix file in driver64efi folder and delete aptiomemoryfixdrv.efi
, then after I'm in High Sierra, I followed along with his guide. Most of his instructions worked for me and I got it fully working!
I have MSI X99s Mpower and Core i7 5820k ,so this should prabably work for you
If you want my efi folder I can upload it for you
I having the same problem as with his approach.

Hmm i can recheck my bios, maybe i missed something.
Here is my current EFI: (sorry uploaded it as zip for future generations xD)
But it should be mostly yours except from the VoodooTSCSync.kext which i modified to my iocpucount thingy

Edit: added some pictures of my current bios settings, you might see something strange

Those bios settings should work, even defaults should work. But really nice that you have CPU ratio set to fixed mode. This will make sure all your cores run at 4.3 GHz all time..

Disable these 2 options.. That is what I did to get it to boot
Nothing else worked for me.
Unfortunatly that doesnt work either.
It's always stopping at the "+++++" without any information about what went wrong

Hmm not sure why, but this is running way more slowly then the other one, but still results in the same.
Seeing +++++ doing nothing in about 20+ minutes.

All CPU states are not properly set in your BIOS. Please compare with my guide..
