How to enable QE/CI HELP

Hello friends,I am new to use mac on my PC,I am using ,It's running nicely but I can't able to run some useful software such as iWork'09,I found "QE-not supported" in system profiler,Is there any way to enable it? as I am n00b in it, I need a detailed guide how to enable QE in my PC,please help me guys,
