Your card lacks Metal support, the Apple graphics framework that is required in Mojave. There will be no graphics acceleration which may cause various problems.

If you want to continue to run Mojave, consider replacing the card with a Metal compatible card, such as a RX 560.

GT 730 - have seen reports of it working with Mojave. eg https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/gt-730-kepler-no-metal.261360/ . If it does lack metal support I can't see how it works.

GT730 have two version, which are based on GK208 (Kepler) and GF108 (Fermi) graphics chip

Mojave only support Kepler based graphics card, he already said, his card is GF108 (Fermi chip).
The graphics card actually is Geforce 500 series but Nvidia rebranded it as 700 series.

So there is no way to use GT730 GF108 on Mojave?

Even if there is a display, you won't have graphics acceleration. It won't work properly in the OS and in any application that requires graphics acceleration.
