Not sure I did the mas way and it put it in applications

What happens when u run the pkg file? Also try show contents

I can confirm that both of these links worked. 10.12.6 is now downloading... Currently on 10.13

Needed to reinstall because some plugins are having issues with 10.13, mas didn't work (High Sierra downloader replaced Sierra in my list) but this worked great.
