How to download Big Sur if your computer is not compatible? (or change the current definition of my hackingtosh)

Hello.

I'll soon do my new Hackingtosh, but for that I need to download Big Sur.
That said My hackingtosh (currently set as an iMac 27" late 2013 High Sierra 10.13.6) is not compatible, therefore I cannot download the installer from the Apple Store.

Is there a way I can download the original installer from Apple (no patched installers), or can I easily change the definition of my computer without having problems with the software installed on it?
