This guide was not comprehensive enough to cover every possible scenario. I don't want to mislead or confuse users with incorrect information. For this reason I have deleted the guide. Moderators please delete thread when convenient.

This guide was based on the DSDT portion of my system build description and can be seen here:
    http://www.tonymacx86.com/user-builds/107588-loginfaileds-build-p8z77-m-3770k-650-ti.html

I also suggest reading through PJALM's new forum where he has posted all of his DSDT patches:

    I'm getting a

in Step 3 when I click the purple "Patch" button up at the top.

I've double-checked Step 2 and the URL I put into preferences is the one I copied from your guide - "http://raw.github.com/toleda/audio_hmdi_uefi/master".

I even changed what your wrote in your guide 'For name. type "Toleda HDMI"' so that it matched your screen grab and says 'HDMI Toleda' instead.

I can't get to any of the other steps if Step 3 doesn't work.

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

    Thanks.

Try to change your URL to https://raw.github.com/toleda/audio_hdmi_uefi/master

Do we have to use ACPI 4.0 or 5.0 because I have missing arguments on ACPI 5.0 and everything is ok with the DSDT extract using ACPI 4.0 ?
    Any clew ?

    Only 4.0 is needed.
