How to change Extensions folder location?

Installed win7 after a successful iboot+multibeat SL install but on boot it would get stuck at verifying dmi pool. The only way I could make it work again was by installing chameleon to the efi partition. Problem is, chameleon is still looking for all the kext files in the original /E/E folder on the SL drive. I tried removing them but then network and audio would break.

How can I point chameleon to look for the kext files in the new EFI/E/E folder?

I've since reinstalled SL and it boots from the SL drive again. Would still like to know how I change the Extensions folder location for future reference.
