I can't help with that card. It looks super expensive, but benchmarks shows it a short notch from the 1080Ti, impressive!
It's two FuryX together though, and macOS doesn't really exploit well multi-GPU configuration.

If you want something guaranteed to work, the Vega Frontier Edition is available for US $999 on newegg, I got mine for 1004 euros all tax and shipping inclusive (to France). Ordered it on the Friday morning, received it on Monday.

For nvidia cards, I read a great trick in the news today about alternative on where to buy 1080Ti or 1070 nvidia cards at a much lower cost than current prices.
Look at the all-inclusive eGPU box that contains a graphic card.
For example, here on Amazon France, the Gigabyte Aorus 1080Ti Gaming Box cost less than the 1080Ti on its own. Factoring that the external PCI box on its own typically cost $400 easy.. That makes good discount on the price of the card, and they are available.
I wish I had read that earlier, I bought a 1080 for $50 more than the aorus gaming box...
Buy a video card, get a free thunderbolt chassis! :)

Does anyone have the guide to operate the RX580?

The screen stop continues to occur in the final cut. There are no RX580 fans turning.

Don't put any Whatevergreen.kext. If you are on 10.13.3 only check Radeondelnit in clover. If you are on 10.13.4 you don't have to do anything. Delete all ssdt corresponding to gpu (leave only hdmi audio implementation).

Yes.. we recently adopted iStatMenus for our Skylake-X/X299 needs, thanks to the kind help of @Bjango and thanks to the Sensor and FakeSMC kexts by @interferenc.
Thank's!!!

I've got the x299 Designare EX and the i9-7980xe, then I ran out of money for now. Maybe when my house sells I can finish it. debating on what power supply size is needed. 850 watt minimum, 1600 seems to be overkill unless I run a TEC or multiple GPUs. Also trying to decide on case. Likely Fractal Design Define C, S, or R6. I'd love to use the Lian-Li v1000 but it's a little big to be throwing around while traveling. I'd like a Define S with handles on the top. I'd really like the Define C for size but I've read it's not as quiet. I may be using this in a small RV traveling around the country. so it needs to be small. Someday I'd like like to try the wild idea of a 420 radiator on top with a 360 in front and a 230w TEC between them for chilled water cooling

850W is on the lower end of thing. The processor alone can easily reach 500W if you OC it.
1000W is on the comfortable side of things. I recommend the Seasonic Prime 1000W titanium, it's super quiet, you won't hear a thing with it.

Any 1000W and more Pau are super hard to find.
If you're after quiet, check this site
https://www.cybenetics.com/index.php?option=database
It has many PSU, you can search by efficiency or noise.

I have both the define C and R6. If you know what graphic card you're going to put in there and you know they aren't longer than 28cm, then get the C. That's assuming you put a water cooler at the front (otherwise up to 32cm)

They are both as quiet
The R6 is too big for my taste. You'll have trouble fitting a 360mm cooler at the front, it's not a supported configuration; you'll have to remove the 3.5" slot at the top. 280mm Max. It's all on the fractal manuals available online.
They are. Much quieter case than the lianli one.
The R6 is made of higher quality material (steel VS plastic for the front and top). If you don't plan on having custom water cooling, the C is plenty. It's quiet, can be well ventilated.

So you bought a 2 grands CPU, but no power supply? What a waste of money...

Patch DSDT, second part
I have created a DsdtPatchesAsusPrimeX299.txt to patch the DSDT at once. All devices installed in the board are included, including the Darwin Check. Clover ACPI patches (except for "PC00-> PCI0") are no longer needed. In the SSDT, you only define devices that are additionally available (graphics card, Thunderbolt card, Wifi / Bluetooth combo etc.).

how is it done?

Open a copy of the DSDT (EFI / CLOVER / ACPI / origin) with MaciASL, select "Patch" and insert the contents of "DsdtPatchesAsusPrimeX299.txt". Choose "Apply", then "Close" and save your new DSDT to EFI / CLOVER / ACPI / patched.

That's it.

Edit: How can I convert completely PC00 PC0 to PCI0?
Edit2: If there is something to improve, then do it.

After that may i disable all DSDT patches in Clover config.plist ?

Almost everything. "PC00-> PCI0" has to stay.
Here is an updated version:

Edit: Please look in the patches. These are for the ASUS PRIME X299 DELUXE Mainbard. Certainly, much of it basically goes into other X299s. But certainly some other devices are installed, sometimes on other addresses.
