Ok understood. Then, as said, i will ping here, as soon as the windows step is done and now focus on the vega issue. Damn they are expensive

Try to find a second hand one on Ebay ;)

Good night

Better upload your EFI-Folder. I can have a look tomorrow. Now here it is definitely time to sleep...;)
Here is the EFI folder I was trying to use to install 10.13.2. Let me know if you need anything else, thanks!

Use EFI-Folder attached below, which is now macOS version independent apart from your Nvidia GPU and related Nvidia Web drivers.

Thank you, I tried this EFI folder you provided and it still hangs at localhost com.apple.xpc.launch[1] segmentation fault. Do I need a specific installer of 10.13.2? Where would I find it? Any suggestions? Your help is greatly appreciated!

I don‘t know what exactly is your issue but it is definitely not the EFI folder. MSR lock didabled in BIOS?

If all this is just to update the firmware of ASUS Aquantia 10GB NIC, you can also use the standard installer.

Good luck

No, I am working on a big project with a client that has a system to get 7 1080ti GPUs installed in one system with a special GPU box! It works on 10.13.6 but the only problem is that the graphics drivers with 10.13.6 are buggy. We need to use 10.13.2 or earlier for it to resolve the issue. I am trying to install 10.13.2 to fix the problem. Do you have your older thread posts saved when you wrote a build guide for 10.13.0? and the associated files? Thanks!

You probably only need to install those drivers on 10.13.6

Just run: bash <(curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Benjamin-Dobell/nvidia-update/master/nvidia-update.sh) 378.10.10.10.25.102
