Thanks for replying KGP. This was a working installation of Mac OSx 10.13.5, so I'm fairly certain is was configured correctly, but I will check that next. I am certain that the MSR Lock is disabled in the BIOS though. That was one of the first things I thought it was too.

As I say.. if you are not able to succeed yourself, upload EFI-Folder and screenshots of your actual BIOS settings.

You are using same mainboard and CPU as I do.

Impossible to have all these issues!

Here are screens of my BIOS. Working to get my EFI folder off the computer now.

Here are screens of my BIOS. Working to get my EFI folder off the computer now.

o.k... just disable "EIST" and "Above 4G decoding".. Let's see further details once you uploaded your EFI-Folder-Folder

Also seems that you did not enable XMP profile for RAM

And here is my EFI Folder off my USB Install drive. It was perfectly fine before, but is now having the same issues as my main hard drive. I was attempting to reinstall the OS thinking something was corrupted on the drive, but then the USB install drive also had the same problem.

No. We are still on 10.13.5. its a production environment and we don't update unless mandatory for the exact reason i'm currently experiencing lol!

Your EFI-Folder was a total disaster o_O:crazy:;)... it would NEVER work..

1.) Of course no TSCAdjustReset.kext, although I asked you at least twice if you properly implemented it!
2.) Many other missing kexts
3.) Outdated Clover
4.) Incomplete config.plist
5.) Outdated System SSDT
6.) ETC...

Attached below a totally new EFI-Folder for your system, which you should use on both your USB Flash Drive Installer and macOS System Disk! Else the attached EFI-Folder now is complete and up to date, including Clover, config.plist, kexts and SSDTs..

Enable onboard LAN controllers in your BIOS!

Note that the implemented USB port limit patch is for 13.13.6! Thus update your system!

Good luck and good night,

KGP

Yeah. It looks like somehow I do not have TSCAdjustReset.kext in my clover boot folder! I am wondering how I was able to boot without it... ROFL Yes it is a mess... It's crazy that it was ever working and, more importantly, I left it that way! it's been months since I did the initial setup of these machines and I guess once I got it working I was happy enough to leave it alone...

Thanks for the new EFI Folder. I'm going to update my machines with it now and I guess since I'm in this deep and no one needs this system for a few days, I might as well upgrade to 10.13.6 too. I feel like a complete noob right now. Very embarrassed...

No worries! Nobody is perfect.. ;)

Glad to help!

Hope the new EFI-Folder will work..

What about adopting the usb port limit patch to the amount of USB ports used on your mainboard?

I have this one from your guide. How can I adopt it?
