Sorry. The attached file in the previous is a copy of IOReg.

The attached file in this message is DSDT.aml. Thanks.

hi there,

I have an Asus X99 Pro with a GTX950 and CPU is an i7-5930K.

BIOS Version: 2.16

OS: El Capitan

I used this guide:

https://github.com/toleda/audio_ALCInjection/blob/master/[Guide]-Add_or_Edit_HDEF-dsdt.pdf

My DSDT compiled successfully but when I try to apply the HDEF patch and the Enable Audio ID:1, the compiler gives me 201 errors "Object not found or not accessible from scope"

Not sure what's wrong here. Is it the X99? ;)

I attached Log, IOReg, SSDT and DSDT

One more note: I added the EHC1/EH01 patch to this DSDT, just in case you're wondering. But so far it's not working. But that's for another area of my hacking process. I'd be happy if I finally get the sound working.

Thanks for your help!

apply the HDEF patch
HDEF is not native to your dsdt, ALZA is.

To fix, use Patch: Rename dsdt/AZAL/Audio ID: 1
Edit/Find: AZAL
Edit/Replace/All: ALZA
Apply/Close/Compile/Save/Install
