how to access clover folder when installing mac os on linux?

I am searching for a way to install mac os mojave on my laptop which has linux preinstalled on it but cannot find a way to reach the clover folder to change my config.plist is there any program that can help me?

If you are installing macOS from usb and did everything correct, you should have a EFI folder on your USB-stick containing your config.plist etc. After installation you once again boot into your macOS using your clover installation on your usb stick. Then running your installed macOS you can use clover installation tool to install clover to your "real" EFI partition on your harddrive and the Clover Configurator tool to mount(see what's inside) your EFI partition
