How Long Have You Been Using OS X?

since leopard when i first installed osx on a laptop after been told how much easier and simpler a mac was. had to see what that was all about and i wasn't prepared to buy a mac to find out. its ironic i have two macbooks and a ipad mini now

Switched to Mac's in 2006 and started with Tiger, ain't no stinking windows in this house, just Macs & Hacs.

Yes, I'm a "new boy" and made the change from the "Dark Side" to OS X with a dual-boot iBook...

OS 9 and OS X 10 in the same machine from Apple, you just had to select the start-up disk partition much as we've learned to do nowadays using either the Mac EFI or Chimera.

I started with a used Apple ][ in 1978 ( actually PL/C in 1972 ), had many, many Macs starting with a Fat Mac ( 512 k ) and stayed with OS 9 until 10.2 Jaguar ( although I had all the betas and dev releases and early versions ). I am currently half on 10.6.8 and half on 10.8.2.

I've been using Apple since Snow Leopard (15" MBP). I finally made the switch after Windows only for years.

Now I only use OSX and Linux Mint, and windows while at work.
