How i can install Maverick on my pc and do a triple boot?

Hello everybody!
I want install maverick on my PC but i can't find a tutorial for my motherboard and teach me install Triple Boot (Maverick-Windows-Ubuntu)
Can you give me some help to make a good install?
(I running Maverick on a Virtual PC so i can use Mac Tools for work)
My PC info:
-Intel Core i3 2120
-Asus P8H61-M LX Rev 0.0x Chipset Sandy Bridge Rev 09 Soutbridge: H61 B3
-DDR3 Kingston 4gb 1333
-Nvidia GeForce GT 520

Do searches on the terms "triple boot", "Asus P8H61-M LX", and "GT 520" here on the forums, and I think you'll find lots of useful information. Do some reading, and see if your questions get answered.
