Hello, I'm trying to connect to the wifi with a TRENDnet AC1200 Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter with no luck. My new build is picking up nothing currently. When I plug in the adapter and press the button to connect, there is no response. The LED does not flash or turn on.

How do I set this up?

Just did, but don't understand half the jargon. Will this hardware work with 10.12.2? I only see a driver for 10.9.
Is BCM94360CD even compatible with 10.12.2 since its 2+yrs old?
If there is no driver since 10.9 there's no way it will work with Sierra. The 94360CD works but only if your system is configured correctly.

Put the card into a x1 PCI-e slot and it should work.

The Broadcom 94360CD is no longer on the market. Should I switch to the Gigabyte GA-Z170N-WIFI or consider a TP-Link PCI Express Wifi Adapter?
