Hey guys,

I'm gonna try to explain this as clearly as I can. I'm using two monitors:

Primary monitor is a Samsung SA850 (DVI-D)
Secondary monitor is a BenQ FP71G+ (VGA)

On my previous video card (GTX 570), both of the DVI connectors were Dual Link DVI-I
So I plugged my Samsung into the top connector, and used a VGA to DVI-I converter for the VGA cable on my second monitor, which i plugged into the bottom connector on the video card. Everything worked great.

NOW I have a GTX 680. The TOP connector on the video card is a DVI-I connector and the BOTTOM connector is DVI-D.
Essentially what the problem is, is I HAVE to connect my secondary monitor to the TOP connector because the converter is VGA to DVI-I, which wont fit into the bottom connector. And as for my primary monitor, it will fit into either connector, but in this case has to be plugged into the bottom connector.

Long story short, I'm wondering if there is a way to switch which connector is the primary one, on the video card. I think it would have to be in BIOS because this happens before OS boots up. If anyone can understand what I mean, and has any advice, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Will
