How do I know what SMBIOS to choose?

Can someone give me a briefing on which SMBIOS to choose.

Currently my SMBIOS is that of an Early 2008 iMac however, I am now not able to download Sierra and I would like to.

How can I configure an SMBIOS that I know will work for my Hackintosh?

Cpu: i5 7600k 3.80 GHz Gpu: Asus expedition 1050 ti 4gb (NVIDIA) Motherboard: Msi h270 tomahawk arctic Ram: 8*2 16GB DDR4 Storage: M.2 ssd 120 Gb (Hp Brand) Cooler: Thermaltake water 3.0 OS: macOS High Sierra 10.13 (17A405) Everything in my hackintosh is running very well but I'm not sure what smbios I would use in this build. plz suggest smbios for this build Otherwise give me a perfect efi config.plist for this build.​ ​
