How do I get Intel HD Graphics 630 to run on Mac OS High Sierra (10.13)

PC Specs

Processor: Intel Core i5 7600

RAM: 8GB

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 630

OS: Mac OS 10.13

I installed it two days ago without having to change a lot (mostly just boot flags, but that's about it). I can boot to the login screen and use it, but there is graphical glitches and no blur which I can assume that the graphic's is not running correctly. I tried searching for a solution on forums but got nothing. I can really do with someone's instructions or advice on how to get this running.

I'm also a noob at setting up a Hackintosh, so bare with me.
