I'm using Y70-70T. It has a 17 inch touch screen.
I use CLOVER configurator to generate the smbios info.
now it's 15 inch MacBook in the about page .
the scaling in some app(like the 100% page in microsoft word)isn't right, I think it's the wrong smbios info.
Is that correct? how can get the right 17 inch info?

About this Mac is purely cosmetic.

Post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

I think it‘s the default dpi/ppi thing .

No idea on how to interpret your screen image. Your profile does not specify your screen resolution.

As far as graphics, your ioreg looks normal (although backlight control is not implemented).

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Given that, I don't see what you're trying to show via the screen image. Looks normal...

the A4 page should be around 209mm wide and it‘s 118mm

I calculate a 127.34 ppi (point per inch) for my monitor and 72 ppi for system (at least for Word).
