Okay, so based on reading numerous threads on this forum, it is apparent that despite many heroic efforts, there is currently (as of 1/31/18) no viable resolution to the graphics glitching problem on various GPUs, not limited to my GTX660 (other threads mention 1050 and others).
So finding a new graphics card that will work is probably out of the question (however, suggestions very welcome!).
I'm stuck with downgrading to Sierra from High Sierra but I've just spent a week getting HS working and all my programs re-set up.
QUESTION: How do I downgrade gracefully to Sierra from High Sierra without losing apps or settings (other things like git, node, etc.)? I assume I can create a USB and do a clean install but I'd rather avoid that drastic measure as I'd loose settings.
Any other suggestions?
Thx!
