I have used Safari for the longest time but a few months ago I found out that Firefox can zoom text with the mouse wheel and key combo! I switched to Firefox and have not looked back. I even remapped the standard Apple Screen Zoom so I could use that key combination within Firefox.

Is this work in Chrome?

No.

The mouse wheel trick works in Chrome for Windows but NOT in Chrome for Mac. You can use the:

⌘ - zoom out
