This is my 1st build. I would like to do heavy photo editing(photoshop/lightroom), heavy music production(garage band/protools) and would like have the best graphics when it come to gaming(fallout 4/GTA5/doom. Is there anything I should change or add?[/h]

Yes, if you will use a singe graphics card then there's no need for a 1000W PSU.
I would estimate the 750-850W range would be plenty. Other than that looks good
to me. Are you going with a 980 or 980Ti card ?

Will the 120 GB SSDs be large enough in size for all the programs you will install
on each of those ? 2 for a dual boot setup ?

Highly unlikely it would happen I have had bad luck with all in one liquid coolers pumps failing... 3 to be exact...
based on tom's hardware this cools better and less expensive but ugly fans imo... either way something to think about
