How can I enable AirPlay under Mac OS High Sierra?

What kind of Airplay are you attempting? To which device?

Also...

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Airplay audio?

You need to describe exactly what you're doing/attempting. In detail.

I need Airplay mirroring to Apple TV. but there's no airplay selection in system Preferences.

It requires working Intel graphics.
Your ioreg shows Intel graphics are disabled.

BTW, your ioreg seems to indicate desktop, not laptop (you're posting in the laptop forums).

I was posted on desktop forum first, but somebody move this thread to laptop...
