How about the H series chipset?

I'm about to build a new setup, the problem I'm facing is that parts are scarce where I live, I can´t find Intel series 400, most of what I found are from the 300 series.
My original plan was with the following hardware

Power supply CORSAIR CX450M SM 80 PLUS BRONZE
ASUS PRIME B365M-A 1151 DDR4 HDMI
CORE I3 9100 4CORE 4THREADS 3.60 4.20GHZ

ADATA 960 GB ASU630 SATA III 2.5" 520/450 (563AER)
ADATA HUNTER 16GB 2666GHZ (32 GB)
SAPPHIRE PULSE RX570 8GB DDR5 2HDMI 2DP 256b
CAMARA LOGITECH C920s FULL HD
TP-LINK Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adaptador
Wifi Rosewill RNX-AC1900PCE Rnx-AC1900PCE, 802.11AC
It's planned to be a Dual Boot, with 2 SSD for each OS
I'm having problems getting the MoBo and the GPU, options are wellcomed.

I'm having problems getting the MoBo and the GPU, options are welcomed.

This build should be compatible with MacOS High Sierra / Mojave / Catalina / Big Sur (with the possible exception of the Bluetooth / WiFi / Camera as I am not sure).

I am using Z390 / Z370 motherboards myself with 8th / 9th generation Intel CPUs and they work fine with MacOS.

H310 / B365 / H370 motherboards should also work. Personally I recommend Gigabyte (1st) or Asus (2nd).

I have the camera it works, the Bluetooth? Check out the IOGear Bluetooth USB dongle, it has a rounded head and is blueish in color.

I have used this USB Bluetooth with High Sierra and Catalina, so I hope it'll work.
As for the video card they are very scarce so I'll found this one and aparently will work out of the box

Yes, it will work, use lilu and WEG kexts.
