My owned staff (motherboard:asus maximus vi extreme, cpu:i7 4770k, RAM:GSKILL tridentx 1600, gpu:nvidia gtx 730)
I tried to follow your guide but i cannot locate the bios settings:
Using 0711 Bios, there are only several changes in BIOS:

• Change primary timings to 12-14-14-35
• Manually set the VDIMM to 1.65;
• Manually set the CPU VTT to 1.05;
• Load Gamers Profile (this profile is ready on ROG board)

Those options are for overclocking CPU and memory, you 1600 memory can not be set at 2933.
Basically you don't need these steps.

that sounds good but my problem is that when i try to install the mountain lion (after hit f8 and choose the mountain lion icon) the loading proccess under the apple logo stops after 20 seconds
i dont know what is going wrong

Hiwa i need your help.....!!!!!
i just instal 10.8.5 using unibeast but after the successfull instalation of mountain lion i am anable to boot from the hdd....
After reboot and choose the hdd (with F8) the error that i see is "still waiting for root device"
do you have any idea how to solve this error?????
