High Sierra, Z77X-UD5H, Audio not working

Hi,
I had successful install of Mountain Lion on this configuration:

Z77X-UD5H
i7 3770k
ATI Radeon HD 5000 1024 MB
2x8GB 1600Mhz DDR

Now I made a clean install of High Sierra and the audio is not working even though I have installed kext for Realtek ALC898 using MultiBeast.
Any suggestions please?

Did you restart before installing audio?
